Since 1985, Ginger Guthrie has established herself as a curator of exceptional experiences.
In the mid-1980s, a pivotal moment occurred when an opportunity to attend the eponymous American Airlines Training Academy opened the door to a successful career in the new frontier of the incentive travel and meetings industry. In 1989, Ginger relocated to San Francisco, where she joined a boutique agency and was tasked with designing worldwide meetings and incentive events for Apple Computer. The journey continued beyond the tech boom era, resulting in a successful consulting career leading teams for programs from San Francisco to Sydney.
Fulfilling a lifelong goal, Ginger eventually became a business owner, first founding a DMC in Lake Tahoe before launching Destination Design Group in Napa in 2006.
